  1. Lead Exchange - Lead Exchange gives you access to new leads which are further along the buying process. They have already received at least one estimate, there is a good chance they are interested in what you have to offer. Exchange your unsold home improvement leads for the new prospect leads online in real time.
  2. Lead Generator - A homeowner searches the Contractor directory to find contractors in their area who do the type of work they need. The homeowner then browses contractor profiles, photo galleries, and additional company details. The homeowner can then directly contact the contractor(s) they prefer, or click through to your company website.
  3. Contractor Locator - When homeowners do not wish to contact contractors directly, they have the option of selecting up to 3 contractors through our contractor directory. The contractor in turn receives an email notification of the hit on their listing and will contact the homeowner accordingly.

How do I know I won't get just my leads back?
Our system tracks all the leads you list and does not make your leads available to be picked by you. It also tracks leads that you have withdrawn and they cannot be submitted back for credits either.

What's the turn around time from the time a member enters the lead to the time when a lead is available for exchange?
Prospective leads are instantly entered into our database year round, 24 hours per day.
Once a member has pressed "Submit", the lead has been entered and is immediately available for exchange. Remember - all leads are on a first come, first serve basis.

Are the leads exchanged in real-time?
SalesLeads123.com prospective leads are exchanged in real time.
Example: You may check 10 prospective leads into your cart and when you are ready to check out you may only be able to transfer 8 prospective leads. Only one member can take a lead.
Two members may be placing the same leads into their carts at the same time; however, the initial member will get leads in his/her shopping cart. At checkout, you will be notified of the actual number of prospective leads that has been transferred.

Can I view the leads before I take them?
Yes! One of the cornerstones of SalesLeads123 is we've given you, (the User) the ability to view, sort, and pick only the leads (as per your criteria) that YOU want and from the supplier whom you trust! Once the lead is accepted, the contact information will be disclosed.

How long would my listed lead be valid on SalesLeads123.com?
Each prospective lead will be listed for 60 days after it is first uploaded to our web site.

How long does it take to register?
To fill in the online form takes less than 5 minutes. Once your details have been submitted, the signup procedure is complete and you will be emailed your User ID and Password for immediate login.

How do you verify members?
The essential process of verification is to confirm the legitimacy and existence of the company represented by the applicant. After filling out the registration form online, we'll contact you within 48 hours to ask a few questions about your services and the regions you serve. We will also use other resources to verify an applicant's legitimacy. Once the information is validated, Lead Exchange option will be activated.

In order to cancel your membership, you must contact us by email.

After initially signing up, You have 3 days to cancel for a refund.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
1. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
2. User did not submit or withdrawn any lead's data to/from the system.

The most common reason why users are unable to log in is because they have entered an incorrect User ID and Password. When your membership signup is confirmed, an email is sent to you immediately containing your complete login information (User ID and Password).

Are you sure you successfully created an account with us? In some cases, users think they registered, but when we check our database, we have no evidence that their account was actually created. One way to know if you successfully logged on is that you should receive a welcome e-mail with your User ID and Password shortly after joining. If you did not receive the e-mail, please check your SPAM FOLDER just in case the e-mail got delivered there instead of your Inbox. If so, select the message and click on "Not Spam", which will allow ALL future messages to get through.
Verify that you are typing your User ID and Password correctly. You would be surprised at how many people have typos in their login fields, especially the password because you never actually see what you are typing. Verify that your browser is set to accept (enable) cookies. Your cookies may have become scrambled. Cookies are small little files stored on your computer that most websites use, including ours, to keep track of your account. Sometimes these files get scrambled. Simply delete any SalesLeads123-related cookies. There are two ways to delete cookies -- through your browser or through your computer files, which all depend on what browser and operating system you use.

The changes will take effect immediately. The same can be done for changing your Password. Simply insert a new password and then click on the "Save" button. You password will be changed immediately.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forget your Password simply go to Login page and click on: "Lost password"
